Process
Utilizing a Miro board for the full group experience. The class was broken into small groups. Working in a small groups of three we selected works to feature in our scavenger hunt. From there we developed mood boards, sketches, place idea in the space to get a feel of the experience. Working as a team we worked to design the experiences. Obtained feedback from the client by presenting initial plans to the client on site. Worked from feedback to further refine the experiences for the client. We delivered the project digitally. We then worked a booth at the event to help guide people from sign-up, to using Aero, and how to off-board at the end of the hunt.
